Jayapura, June 12, 2013 -Chairman of the National Parliament of West Papua (PNWP) Buchtar Tabuni arrested battered and beaten up by the police for no reason Papuan Police this afternoon (12/06) at 11:00 when he was about to head to the Mandala Field to watch the match Roma vs Persisam.
