Very informative for the outsiders.
Unfortunately the last sentence “Kanaks mobilise against nickel mine” associated with a picture of the Koniambo Nickel operations is misleading since the Koniambo Project has been and still is strongly and largely supported by the local populations of the North Province and New Caledonia as a whole. (Kanak and non-Kanak populations)
