Condolences Extended To Sir Terepai’s Family

Labour’s spokesperson for Pacific Island Affairs, Su’a William Sio, has expressed his sympathy and condolences to the family of former Cook Island Prime Minister Sir Terepai Maoate.

“On behalf of my Labour Party colleagues I wish to extend our thoughts and condolences to Sir Terepai’s wife and to his extended family in New Zealand and the Cook Islands.

“Sir Terepai was well liked and respected across the political spectrum and I know his death will be a huge loss to the Island community,” Su’a William Sio said.
